Booking a holiday requires advanced planning and bookings. Please ensure you communicate your intention to book your holiday with us well in advance so we can ensure you of a relaxed stay and booking process.

Accomodation is limited so please don't delay in booking.
Your name on our list is NOT a guaranteed booking!

STEP 1
Send us your completed booking form and a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure your chalet for any of the experiences listed.

STEP 2
3 months before your tour starts, 50% of your tour package is required. (conditions of the camp in Mozambique)

STEP 3
One month before the tour starts, the balance of your tour fee is required.

PLEASE NOTE:
Deposits are not refundable.
Full payments are not refundable.
If you have to cancel your tour due to unforseen circumstances, you will be given a credit note which you can use for a tour later in the year.
Credits are only valid for 3 months from date of issue. Use it, don't lose it!

Please consider carefully before cancelling as your actions may jeopardize the entire tour.

Please ensure you have a valid passport and visa (for non SA residents).
