Upon arriving, I was immediately hit with the loving and caring energy surrounding the site. From here on in the anticipation and excitement set in, and my time spent with the animals here was like nothing on earth - from the cats, the dogs and the wonderful magical dolphins. The sights I saw and the sounds of the dolphin communication I heard underwater will stay with me forever. Their connection with me was made, right into my heart. The time spent at Ponta D'Oura is etched in my memory, beats in my heart and is forever me. An experience that has enlightened me, taught me, and given me so many happy memories - Jackie Woolley

My boyfriend and myself had intended on doing this trip in August. He was brutually murdered on 30th June, which caused major trauma in my life. I also lost my 3 very precious four legged children, my Jack Russells, under traumatic circumstances on 5th June. So my state of mind and emotions were destroyed. I saw 2 counsellors after my boyfriend's murder, but did not gain any comfort from them. I then decided that my therapy would be swimming with the dolphins. How right I was! The whole experience was life changing, and the whale sharks!  Wow! They had such a profound effect on me. Especially the one we swam with right outside my boyfriend's favourite beach in the whole world. It was as if he sent those whale sharks that day. I'm afraid I dumped a whole lot of baggage into the sea that day and feel so much better for it. The whole experience leaves one feeling so humbled, blessed and calm. I thank God for blessing me with this experience, and for all those involved in setting these trips up to enable us to have this awesome experience. I can't wait for the next trip!

The experience of encountering wild dolphins and beautiful whale sharks up so close was utterly transformative. We were completely inspired. The trip was a tonic for my tired soul and I felt restored to youthful vitality and a deep sense of spiritual connectedness. The trip was wonderfully co-ordinated by Michelle and the team and we all felt very cared for, safe and looked after. The food was also quite divine. This one is really up there... - Ingrid Hurwitz
